As we wrap up the year, we want to take a moment to thank our clients, candidates, and incredible team. You’ve made this year one to remember, and we’re so grateful for the part you’ve played in our journey. This will be our last post on LinkedIn until the new year because let’s face it, who’s going to be reading LinkedIn next week? (No offence LinkedIn but it's Christmas). So, before we all sign off for a well-deserved break, here’s a little round-up of some of the funnier (behind the scenes) moments that have kept us laughing this year: 🍰 The times (yes, more than one) when team members dropped our Tuesday treat of afternoon cake all over the floor, and promptly picked it back up because the five-second rule definitely applies to cake. 🚗 The parking “incident,” where a car was clamped because some of us still haven’t mastered parking in the right place. Lessons have been learned (hopefully). 🎙️ And, of course, the legendary voice note! Sent while someone was on heavy pain relief, never to be listened to again. It’s a reminder of what not to do! It’s been a year of growth, hard work, and plenty of laughs, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Our Commitment to Making a Difference Earlier this year, we launched our ESG initiative, driven by a desire to leave a positive mark on the planet and the people we connect with. The results so far are: 🌳 44 trees restored 💨 730.4 kg of CO2 sequestered (equivalent to 2.9 hours of flying) 💧 83,448 litres of water retained (enough for 6.2 days of showers) 🏠 1 household positively impacted (for every 74 trees restored) These numbers represent more than sustainability, they reflect stories. Recently, one of our gifted trees was named 'Vittorio' in memory of a beloved uncle. What a beautiful way to honour his legacy. It’s moments like this that remind us why small steps matter.
