Take this as your reminder to move—for your mind as much as your body. 🌿 💭 In support of Movember and men’s mental health awareness, the Let’s Do This team swapped desks for fresh air and pastries on a mental health walk this morning. We chatted about stress triggers, ways to look after our mental health, and how we can support each other better at work. Because sometimes, a walk or run (and a pastry) really is the best therapy. What do you do to help you or your teams feel more calm and in control at work?

“What surprised me in the most positive way was that the speakers, who might be seen as competitors, were there openly and honestly sharing their insights…their struggles, and problems…and their solutions. Even if they hadn’t found solutions yet. It was obvious to see that our greatest strength isn’t just our experience, but lies in our humility and our willingness to learn from one another.” Lewis Robling - Founder, Why We Run What Lewis said! We were blown away by how the speakers and attendees turned up at LDT LIVE. It was amazing, and it felt so good to spend the day together to talk about how we can shape the future of mass participation sports. 🍿 Don’t just take our word for it. The videos from LDT LIVE are ready for you: https://lnkd.in/eJa7-SpP None of this would have been possible without: Tyler Williams - Green, Jennifer Mannion, Mohson Iqbal, Jessica Robson, Hamid Vaghefian MA, Brittany Saville, Alice Peyredieu, Charlie A., Nick Tuppen, Chris Rees 🏊🏽♂️ 🏃♂️ ⛵️, Russ Jefferys, Matt Wood, Natalie Cabañas, Fredrik Bjurenvall, Paul Foster, Stephanie Donald, Lucy Miller, Doug Hazell, Rob Cope, Patrick Allen, Allie W., Simon Wright

Well that was awesome. We started the day with a story of overcoming adversity, and moved through to hearing how spaces are being created to support and inspire participation, and the trends around this. We looked at launching new events, growing established ones, as well as moving forward iconic ones. Then we spent time with emerging event formats and technologies that are transforming the industry. We closed with a fitting conversation on the power of nurturing community. What was true throughout was a need to be open and learn from each other, so we can work together to create event experiences that help people get healthier and happier. Thank you so much to the brilliant speakers Jaco van Gass, Tyler Williams - Green, Jennifer Mannion, Mohson Iqbal, Jessica Robson, Hamid Vaghefian MA, Brittany Saville, Alice Peyredieu, Charlie A., Nick Tuppen, Chris Rees 🏊🏽♂️ 🏃♂️ ⛵️, Russ Jefferys, Matt Wood, Natalie Cabañas, Fredrik Bjurenvall, and Paul Foster, and attendees for joining us at LDT LIVE. We’re already looking forward to what comes next! Thanks also to Danny Easton and Xiaoxuan Jerry Sun for capturing the day.

I had the pleasure of catching up with the team at Let's Do This yesterday in London. Sam Browne and the team have supported me on my journey on growing Adrenaline Sporting Events and I'm very grateful for the support and help. It was great spending time with Reece Parker and Rob Cope and learning more about industry trends and what improvements and upgrades are coming our way. it was also cool to catch with Madeleine Raynel, Anna Simmonds and James Bailey #adrenalinesportingevents #letsdothis #partnership #planning #improvements #upgrades
