Gathering with the outstanding LBV community was a real privilege and a testament to the vibrancy of Leicester’s bustling business ecosystem. Groups such as this one embody the collaborative spirit, dynamism, and ambition that make the city such an exceptional place to live and thrive professionally. 🚀 Consultus has recently joined the Leicestershire Business Voice community, thanks to the efforts of my marketing mentor Cassie Callender. 👏 Lately, I've been struck by the importance of community spirit. Being part of a network that champions the city through collaboration and mutual growth is truly an honour. Leicestershire Business Voice serves as an example of how collective action can drive not just business success, but also meaningful, long lasting impact for the wider community. 🤝 Fantastic to see some familiar faces; Richard Osborn, Ian Guyler Business Consulting, Carl Tranter, Hanif Lokat, Robin Pointon. Also enjoyed the hospitality and outstanding pizzas served by DOUGH WHAT! 🍕 The festive atmosphere, engaging conversations, and shared enthusiasm for the city made it a night to remember. I also somehow managed to walk away with a giant space hopper (don't ask me how) courtesy of GO Travel Solutions. 🦘 Looking ahead to 2025, I’m energized by the opportunities that lie ahead and the potential for growth and innovation in the city. As Leicester’s business landscape continues to develop, I’m keen to explore how I can contribute more meaningfully while evolving in my own professional journey. The Chair is responsible for leading the organisation, working closely with the Vice Chair and the board of non-executive directors, overseeing LBV’s strategic direction and leading on representing LBV to stakeholders.
