For the latest episode of K2 Fireside Talks, we’re in the UK, as K2 Bespoke Relocation Manager, Rheannon Chaplin resumes her role as host, and welcomes K2’s Head of Global Mobility Tax Advisory and Strategic Alliances, Ben Neville-Towle to the hot seat. In the episode, Ben and Rheannon delve into Ben’s dual role to act as a bridge for the seemingly sizeable gap between relocation and tax, in addition to identifying opportunities to develop partnerships with other organisations in the Global Mobility space. They then go on to discuss the need for balancing succinctness with sensitivity when it comes to the highly emotive topic of tax; the importance of responsiveness when it comes to servicing clients; and what it was about K2 that persuaded Ben to join the ranks. On 19th November, K2 celebrated International Men’s Day. But as with International Women’s Day, for us, one day just wasn’t enough! We want to give our male identifying colleagues the credit they deserve. Therefore, over the next few months we will be featuring the men of X Annos who are dedicated team members who have been at service within K2 for 10 years or more. Ken McCully, Head of Commercial for K2 Supply Chain, is first up and having been with K2 for over 19 years, embodying our Q Culture values daily. When speaking about International Men's Day Ken mentioned that it "provides an opportunity to highlight issues relating to men’s health (both mental and physical) and wellbeing." Commenting that his father remains his greatest role model: “He gave me sound advice, a good grounding for my future life, and core values which have helped me navigate my 60 odd years to date.” Ken’s advice? “Be yourself. Stand by your core values and do the best you can." Read the full article to hear some more of Ken's wise words: https://bit.ly/49iifZK

November was audit month for K2, and the results from our offices in France and the UK speak volumes about our commitment to compliance and quality. 🇫🇷 Paris: Achieved their first global certification for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Auditors applauded the dedication and passion of our team, describing K2 as a true "Great Place to Work®." 🇬🇧 UK: Secured recertifications for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and SOC II, along with a seamless transition to the rigorous new ISO 27001 2022 standard. These achievements not only reflect our progress but also reinforce K2’s dedication to compliance which saw us achieve our targets for global certification in alignment with our 5-year strategic plan, Kinetic.
