Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via telephone and email to take payments, set up payment plans, and resolve queries Contact customers when accounts fall into arrears Address customer queries related to financial difficulties Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner Handle incoming mail/post related to customer queries Liaise with clients to provide updates and information Our Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone who is customer-focused and has a strong credit control or customer service background. You will also have: A minimum of two years experience in Credit Control or Customer Service Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent IT skills. Good telephone manner - can communicate effectively and professionally A logical thought process to resolve queries. Excellent organisational skills to manage personal workload, phone calls and queries. Ability to work on own, demonstrating drive and initiative.
