Their goal was to provide residents with greater flexibility and convenience in managing property access. 🛠️ Installation: In July 2024, we installed the SC-03 Intracode Intercom, transforming the resident experience with a fully flexible system that connects directly to mobiles, landlines, and tablets. Now, residents can enjoy video calls through a free app, offering enhanced security and ease of access. Additionally, the client can manage fobs, codes, and access permissions remotely via an online cloud portal—simplifying management for staff and providing peace of mind for residents. 💼 We’re proud to partner with Norwich Residential Management to bring this innovative solution to their properties, supporting a more connected and secure community. The existing wired audio system needed a modern replacement to enhance security and improve tenant communication. 🛠️ Installation: In August 2024, we installed the DD-02 Intercom System, transforming how residents access their homes. This advanced system not only provides clearer communication but also enhances security across all blocks, offering a reliable and user-friendly solution for residents. 💼 We are proud to have partnered with Citizen on this essential project, delivering a state-of-the-art intercom system that significantly improves the living experience for all tenants at Purcell Road.
