This week, our tip to wrap up the year strong involves some reflection. 🤔 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀: 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 Use this period to reflect on what’s worked—and what hasn’t. Things to consider: • 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: where did your team excel? Which deals fell through, and why? • 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: conduct retrospectives to gather feedback from your team. For those of you entering the final weeks of Q4 and watching the year race to a close, we have some tried and tested tips to ensure you close your 2024 pipeline, whilst also preparing for 2025. Part 1: Closing out current pipeline 🚀 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 The deals in your pipeline now are your best shot at meeting your year-end targets. Take time to: • 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: which opportunities have the highest likelihood of closing? Are there blockers you can remove? • 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗖 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀: revisit Metrics, Economic buyers, Decision criteria & process for every deal.
