Topic: Opportunities in Net Zero Overview: Meeting NET Zero targets is arguably the biggest challenge since the Industrial Revolution and whilst some companies have made great strides, some have yet to start. We'll be hearing from Tamma Carel of ICOR Systems Ltd explaining the regulatory principles and legislation that will impact organisations, from the perspectives of risk and opportunity to help you start or sustain your NET Zero journey. Speaker: Tamma Carel (PIEMA, FIIRSM, MSc, BSc) Carel, Co-Founder and Senior Environmental Consultant, iCOR Systems Ltd. • 🌟 Exciting Times Ahead for the Yorkshire & Humber Branch! 🌟 It was fantastic to have the team together for a virtual session to kick things off. There have been some changes in our branch, and we want to start by thanking Emma Sohbati for all her incredible support. We wish her all the best in her exciting adventures ahead! Looking forward, we have some fabulous new people joining the committee. A warm welcome to Nathan, Usman, and Kathrine, who are bringing their enthusiasm to support IIRSM members. We will hear more from each committee member through the summer. As always it was great to have the support of Julie Littlejohns who keeps us on track. During our session, we workshopped great ideas and took away some actions. We are excited to share our plans with you soon, starting in September
