Connecting with the Future Engineers 👨🎓 👩🎓 "A reflection on our recent university visits"   Over the past two weeks, we had a fantastic opportunity to visit two universities Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology & Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, BANGALORE as part of our Entry Level Grad Programme aimed at hiring engineering students. This initiative allowed us to engage directly with the students, and we were truly impressed by their energy, enthusiasm, and the innovative ideas they shared with us. Meeting the aspiring engineers not only reinforced our commitment to fostering new talent but also provided valuable insights into their perspectives on the industry. It was a rewarding experience for all involved, and we believe it will greatly benefit our recruitment efforts moving forward.
