👋 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY 👋 Meet our Account Manager, Celina Harrison Celina joined the company in September 2023 as a Telesales Executive and very quickly progressed to a Corporate Account Manager. Day to day Celina supports her customer database with their asset management requirements, providing advice, quotes and booking collections.   3 facts about Celina... ⭐ She has a beautiful cocker spaniel puppy called Bubbles. ⭐ She loves country music. ⭐ She enjoys travelling to new countries. We asked Celina what her favourite thing is about her role… "I really enjoy working at ICT Reverse alongside my lovely colleagues. I have learnt so many new things since being here & continue to do so every day".

Great catch up with Zahra Ilkhani at Lancaster University on our Bioleaching project 🔬 Bioleaching is a technique that makes use of bacteria to extract metals from metal ores 🧪 The ultimate goal is to extract precious metals such as copper from disused printed circuit boards, which can then be sold back into the marketplace 💻 If scalable, this will improve sustainability and decrease the need for mining. 👋 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY 👋 Meet our Compliance Office Manager Karen McKevitt Karen has been in the Compliance Team with ICT Reverse for over 6 years. She makes sure that we can offer a high level, compliant service to our customers with the guarantee of quality, data and environmental excellence in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. This includes ensuring that all our permits, licenses, accreditations, internal policies and insurances are maintained.   3 facts about Karen: ⭐ She spent a month working with lions in Zimbabwe and got bitten by one! ⭐ She has danced on the famous tower ballroom dance floor. ⭐ She named one of her cats after her favourite golfer. We asked Karen what her favourite thing is about her role… "I genuinely learn something new every day!” “Working in Compliance brings out my geeky side by requiring attention to detail and adherence to rules. I enjoy making sure that things are done correctly.“

👋 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY 👋 Meet our Head of Marketing Suzanne Parker Suze is responsible for planning and executing ICT Reverse's marketing strategy to promote our services and brand. This includes campaign management, content creation, budgeting, market research, collaboration and reporting. 3 facts about Suze: ⭐ She studied at Newcastle University graduating with a degree in Business Management & Marketing. ⭐ She loves all things dance and musicals and performed at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London as a child. ⭐ She loves Christmas and her favourite Christmas film is 'Home Alone'. We asked Suze what she likes about her role… "Every day is different! Whether it's a marketing campaign, digital ad or exhibition stand, I love seeing projects come to life".
