🛠️ Quickflange drilling operations in Azerbaijan!   Our drilling client was looking to upgrade their trip tank system offshore which involved re-routing their low pressure mud lines. The client required a quick and safe solution to install the new spools to not risk a delay to drilling operations. ICR’s partner Khazar Engineering & Fabrication complete the whole process; from cutting and removing the pipe, installing the Quickflange connector, pressure testing and rigging and bolting the new spool. This partnership ensures that tooling, testing equipment and manpower are available locally in Azerbaijan. The ICR Middle East team have just completed a considerable Technowrap project in the UAE, repairing around the full circumference of a large diameter carbon steel crude oil tank with through-wall defects caused by external corrosion. ICR were requested to provide an engineered repair solution to restore the integrity of the tank for a design life of 5 years. The client was very pleased with the execution and the end result.
