The other week, I had the opportunity to spend a couple of days at the Baltic Fire Laboratory in Gdansk Poland working towards the new EN 14972 - Part 17 testing standard with Bogdan Racięga and his team. This particular project has been my main focus since joining iCO Fire Suppression Systems and I am so proud of the results we have been seeing over the last couple of iterations. It’s taken 100s of fire tests to reach the point we have and I can’t wait to show off the final product when it’s ready. The iCO® Flow Controller reduces the risk of excess water damage from leaks in fire sprinkler system components. The owners of this contemporary detached property in Bristol decided to convert their loft into a home office and bedroom. However, this was only possible with the inclusion of the iCO® water mist fire suppression system.
