Managing your volunteers well and ensuring they have a positive volunteering experience is crucial to volunteer retention. NCVO are running a fully funded training course for those who manage or coordinate volunteers (either in a paid or voluntary role). Creating an open and inclusive environment for your organisation can have many benefits for staff, volunteers and service users.
