HOPE for Epilepsy
Individual and Family Services
A charity dedicated to supporting and connecting families with children that have been affected by Epilepsy.
About us
We are an award winning national charity dedicated to supporting and connecting families with children that have been affected by Epilepsy living anywhere in the UK. We provide a safe space for families to socialise, reduce isolation, build relationships, share information, access support and guidance and most importantly for children to have fun!. We also run an Anti-Suffocation Pillow donation scheme. The pillows have ventilation holes. These allow better air flow around the face which helps a child to breathe more easily if they have a seizure while lying face down. We offer FREE Anti-Suffocation Pillows to children and young people with epilepsy who live in the UK.

Thank you to the actors from SHOOTING STAR ENTERTAINMENTS for performing Dick Whittington at our Christmas Party at no cost, to show support for the work of our charity. We are very grateful to the company for their generosity and kindness. Thank you to Father Christmas for joining us at our Christmas Party. It was heartwarming to see the smiles on the children's faces.

Last week HOPE Young Ambassador, Blake Gibbons shared his experiences of living with epilepsy at the GenPAN Network Genetics Associates Conference held at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Blake also shared information about the support HOPE provides to families nationwide.
Lovely to hear from Blake and learn about the great work at HOPE for Epilepsy. #GenPAN2024 GenPAN Network

Please meet our youngest HOPE Ambassador Torquan Storm. Hi, my name is Storm, and I have been with the HOPE group since I was 7 years old. I am now 15, and I love planes, sailing, rock climbing, camping, riding my bike, attending air cadets, and volunteering at HOPE once a month. I like to help out and give new ideas. I really enjoy my time at HOPE because they always have different activities for all ages and abilities, making it fun for everyone. I also enjoy the yearly visits to London Zoo, which is a great day out for the whole family. I am excited to be an ambassador for HOPE, and I hope to do very well in this role.
