I had a lovely meeting with Helen Thomas the great granddaughter of Henry Weston the founder of Westons Cider and Stephanie Ellor, last week. Today, Henry Weston Vintage Cider is crafted only from apples grown in a single year’s harvest in the three counties of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire & Worcestershire.  Westons Cider is based in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle, five Weston generations have worked with like-minded colleagues in the pursuit of their passion, creating authentic ciders that people will love.
