Helping Hands Community Project

They say, "It takes a village," and that’s exactly what it took to bring our joyous Client Christmas Party to life. To the wonderful Sarah Taylor-Watts for orchestrating the whole event - you are an angel, thank you. Further thanks goes out to Aubrey Allen, Richard and Peter Taylor Watts for transporting all of the equipment and food from the Coventry site to the church and back, Corner Cottage Bakery for generously providing the bread and the delicious pudding, Jane Roberts who made the moreish soup starters, Sue Treharne for foraging and making the beautiful table foliage arrangements as well as providing 70 festive cupcakes in gift bags, Alison Hartin for setting up, emptying and refilling the crackers and Alan Hartin for serving and providing cheerful piano Christmas classics, Stuart Slaughter from Plato Catering Hire in Alcester for generously donating the China crockery for the evening, Alex from Morrisons Leamington Spa for offering discount on party goodies and to Phil Sanger of Grey Wolf IP for donating £90 to purchase crackers, table cloths, serviettes and fizzy drinks and finally to Charles from All Saint's Parish Leamington Spa for offering up a beautiful space to host our event. Thank you to each and every one of you for helping create such a warm, festive, and memorable event for our clients—we couldn’t have done it without you! 🎄💛

Here are a few key examples of recognising the signs of addiction: 📢 Behavioral Changes: Sudden mood swings, increased secrecy, or withdrawal from social activities and relationships. 📢 Physical Signs: Changes in appearance, unexplained weight loss or gain, bloodshot eyes, or poor hygiene. 📢 Financial Struggles: Unexplained financial difficulties, borrowing money frequently, or missing valuables. 📢 Work or School Issues: Declining performance, frequent absences, or lack of interest in previously important responsibilities. 📢 Health Concerns: Fatigue, changes in sleep patterns, or frequent illnesses without a clear cause. 📢 Neglecting Responsibilities: Skipping important events, neglecting family, or ignoring obligations in favour of substance use.
