SHOPFRONT & PLANNING PERMISSION Case Study: The Dental Works Essex If your practice is located on the high street, or in an area with high-volume traffic, then you need to give high priority to your shop frontage. For Dental Works Essex, the site lent itself to more of an industrial style look with black Crittall-style windows and clean render. This was contrasted with metallic signage and lighting. This Saint Elle shop provided great inspiration for the look and feel. Two concept options were provided for the colour and the Dental Works team chose black, due to other surrounding buildings being white. This blended beautifully with their new branding. Our in-house CAD team developed the required scaled drawings and visuals for the planning application.
