Last week, our fantastic Brand Ambassador Aline Menjadeu Team Lead Former Specialist at Accenture attended the launch of Workday's EMEA Returner Programme, marking a pivotal moment in the redesign of their Opportunity Onramps Programme. Workday is proactively closing the gap for skilled talent, creating opportunities for professionals from non-traditional pathways to shine. By focusing on skills over qualifications or titles, they’re building a more inclusive workforce and reimagining what a modern, diverse talent acquisition process can achieve. We’re incredibly proud to support this initiative and thrilled to see the positive impact it will have in Ireland and beyond. Thank you so much to the Workday team for the invitation. Stay tuned for an exclusive interview with Aline and Esme Heaps (she/her) Heap, where they’ll dive into the details of this exciting venture. 🚀 #DiversityInTech #InclusiveHiring #GTABlackWomenInTech
