We are seeking a Talent Systems Specialist to support that effort. The primary goal of this role is to help GovAI scale our talent programmes and core team hiring in response to rapidly growing demand: in just the last year, the volume of fellowship applications we receive per cohort has grown from 300 to 1,500! The Talent Systems Specialist will lead the design and coordination of our large-scale hiring initiatives, while also building and continuously improving the systems and processes we use to identify and select top talent.
