🚀 From Sixth Form to Software Developer – What a Journey! 🚀 We’re incredibly proud to see our very own Scott Nicholson inspiring the next generation of tech talent at the School Of Code! 🎉 From joining the very first SoC Bootcamp at just 18, to becoming a highly skilled developer here at Good Growth, Scott's journey is a testament to the power of determination and the transformative impact of initiatives like the School of Code. It’s an honour to partner with SoC and support incredible talent like Scott and many others. Over the years, we’ve welcomed 12 SoC alumni into the Good Growth team, and their contributions have been invaluable. Together, we’re fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration – and the results speak for themselves. A huge thank you to Scott for sharing his story and inspiring Bootcamp 18, and to the School of Code for being such a phenomenal partner in championing new talent! 🙌

In just 150 days, our Marketing Manager, George Hall, will be taking on the challenge of a lifetime – running the London Marathon 2025 in support of Anthony Nolan 🎉 Anthony Nolan is a charity close to George's heart, dedicated to saving lives through stem cell and bone marrow transplants. Every step George takes will help raise vital funds to give hope to patients and their families 💚 Good Growth couldn’t be prouder to support George on this incredible journey. His dedication, both to his training and to making a difference, inspires us all. He's also been representing both of our Offices during training runs - wearing Exeter Chiefs stash whilst on the canals of Birmingham!
