Flourish Education was sprouted from the idea that local schools needed local educational recruitment specialists to be able to fully understand the specific challenges that each individual school faces. The directors recognised that every school has their own unique culture, community and specific recruitment challenges. From humble beginnings in a home office, Flourish Education has gone from strength to strength and dare we say is now “flourishing”! We have grown slowly but consistently and now have an experienced and passionate recruitment team with Consultants and Candidate Care consultants working closely together, providing excellent support and care towards both schools and candidates alike. With teams built serving geographical areas, the consultants within these teams live within their areas giving them a great insight and understanding of local communities and challenges. We also have a strong compliance department which oversees our rigorous compliance and recruitment process ensuring candidates are only placed in schools once we have verified that they are safe and that they have the relevant experience for the role that they have applied for.
