Last week, our director, Kay Venables completed the Help to Grow: Management Course for business leaders at Aston University's Centre for Growth! The 12-week, 50-hour course included a combination of online and face-to-face sessions, 1-to-1 mentoring and peer networking. Kay says: “This has been an excellent learning experience that I’m certain will play a big part in helping me and Fishers develop further and raise the bar for what we can achieve for ourselves and our clients. Interesting and good-to-read data from Hamptons shows Buy-to-Let landlords are still seeing the opportunity and returns in our sector. The West Midlands in particular is showing strength with Aneisha Beveridge, head of research at Hamptons, describing the Midlands as one of the BTL heartlands. 🎄✨ Festive Fun at the Worcester Victorian Market! ✨🎄 Our team had the most wonderful day at the Worcester Victorian Market, soaking up all the festive cheer! From exploring the beautifully decorated stalls to enjoying seasonal treats, a bit of Christmas shopping and a fantastic meal at Ostlers At Number 1 it was the perfect way to celebrate together outside of work. Spending quality time as a team reminded us how important it is to take a break, connect, and enjoy the season. It’s these moments that strengthen our bonds and make us even more excited to tackle what’s ahead in 2025! Here’s to a fabulous festive season for all. 🎅🎁✨

The latest rental forecast from Savills predicts rents will grow by 17.6%, over the next five years. The forecast reports tenant demand remains at an elevated level according to the latest RICS survey and portal listings data shows properties letting 20% faster in 2024 to date, than during 2018/2019.
