It might be raining outside but it's all smiles in the office! Today marks the 5th anniversary of our favourite customer service advisor Taylor Aspinall......don't tell his colleagues! 😁 Taylor started off as a business administration level 3 apprentice thanks to the team at Next Level Training and has grown in confidence and ability. Thanks Taylor for everything you do for our customers. 👏

Always happy to help the team at BCL Groundworks Ltd at City Gate in Bristol. 5G router dropped off and one of our engineers was on-site first thing to save the day. Not all superhero’s wear capes 😂

Top 3 mistakes business owners make when choosing a mobile provider. A look back over the years of what we have learnt from working with busy business owners, Heads of IT and Operation Directors to name a few. https://lnkd.in/eFREXHmM

After a great couple of meetings with Helping Bristol’s Homeless Charity (HBH) and how we wanted to donate our services for free we made an outline plan of what happens next. It was to our surprise and the last thing we expected to happen was for their incumbent to let their telephone number port away to some random provider which also disconnected their broadband. Luckily the team at HBH called us and by lunchtime the very same day we managed to connect up their network to a 5G router and move their landline number into our business phone system so they could make and receive calls again. Needless to say they were over the moon and a very big shout out to FCC’s Taylor Aspinall for going above and beyond to help.

Thanks to the team at Regency Purchasing Group for inviting us to their yearly trade show. As the groups mobile, business telephony and broadband partner we met with plenty of RPG members on the day as well as business partners to demo our services. A cheeky photo of George McCallum and Valentin P. helping out on the day.
