Last week, we hosted a fantastic Healthy Eating on a Budget taster session at St Giles Kensal Resource Centre!🌟 This one-off session focused on carbohydrates and sugar, sparking insightful discussions about sugar's effects on the body. One participant, a diabetic, shared how eye-opening the session was, while another, a parent, felt inspired to support her son in reducing his sugar intake🍬 We run both taster sessions and the full HEB programme, helping participants build confidence in making healthier choices💚 If your organisation is interested in hosting a taster session in 2025, get in touch! #FEAST #Nutrition #Community #Sustainability #HealthyEating #CommunityCooking #SugarAwareness #HealthyChoices
