Helping You Develop, Promote And Retain Your Female Leaders

About us

The Pipeline was established in 2012 to confront a pressing economic challenge. It was evident during the economic crisis that businesses pivotal to the crash suffered from a notable absence of gender diversity in senior leadership. Our sole purpose is to help organisations achieve greater gender diversity at the most senior levels and achieve their targets for women in leadership. Since 2012 we have delivered evidence-led and outcome-focused programmes, proven to help all our client organisations increase, promote, and retain women. We develop inclusive organisations by empowering their women to ascend to senior leadership positions through strategic programmes that set them up for success. Simultaneously, we facilitate leaders understanding of the challenges that women encounter and drive cultural shifts towards greater inclusivity. We engage directly with CEOs, ExCo sponsors, and line managers of the women participating in our programmes because we recognise that women don't operate in isolation; often, it's the entire ecosystem surrounding them that requires transformation. By collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels, we ensure a comprehensive approach that addresses systemic challenges and fosters an environment conducive to women's advancement.

  • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗔 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 New figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) highlight a shocking reality: women in senior finance roles earn 28% less than their male counterparts, a pay gap larger than almost every other profession. Over the past five years, progress in narrowing this gap has been minimal, with only a 2.2% reduction in the financial services industry. In stark contrast, other sectors, such as advertising and transportation, have made significant strides toward pay equity. 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨? Underrepresentation - women are still less likely to hold senior roles in finance. Lack of transparency - pay and progression pathways in the industry remain opaque. Bonuses worsen the gap - when bonuses are factored in, disparities grow even wider. Read the full article in The Times here: https://lnkd.in/eM9a_XKT.
