The final day of Growth Week 2024 began with an encore lecture from Lior Frenkel, and what a session it was!👏 Lior delved into the fascinating world of creativity. Sharing actionable methods to apply in our daily work. From the inspiring success story of Netflix and the missed opportunity of Blockbuster to the creative habits of Salvador Dalí, the session was filled with insights that sparked curiosity and motivation. He even shared an amusing case study showing how a group that slept briefly before tackling a problem became three times more creative. Though he assured us he’s not recommending midday naps in the office! The lecture ended on a high note (and a warm one) with a delicious soup that had everyone lining up for a taste.🥣 This week has been a journey of learning, growth, and collaboration, leaving us all inspired to embrace creativity and innovation in our work. Here's to carrying the lessons from Growth Week forward! 🧠📚 #GrowthWeek2024 #Creativity #Networking #Innovation #Learning #Inspiration #Motivation

Dr Rachel Schulkins, Content Services Lead at the University of Liverpool, recalls how cumbersome the interlibrary loan workflows were only a few months ago. After going live with Rapido, the libraries were able to fulfill most of the physical and e-resource requests automatically: “Items just appear, land on our desk, and go out to users.” Watch the video below to see the difference Rapido has made! #librariesofinstagram #LibraryTech #LibraryInnovation #Libraries
