Season's Greetings from all of us at Enyo Law. Wishing you health and happiness over the festive period and for the year ahead.
About us
We are a disputes-only firm. Disputes are all we do. We have the specialist expertise to act on significant cases for our clients that are of a scale and complexity familiar in London's leading law firms. Unlike most of these firms, however, we are not a full-service practice. We only practise in the area of disputes. This means we can act for clients in cases where full service firms are conflicted because of other client relationships arising in their transactional and other practice areas. We act alongside leading international firms on the biggest commercial matters, including matters with billions of dollars in dispute. Our structure does not confine us to acting only on the highest value mandates and we have the flexibility to take on other cases efficiently and assertively. We also have a ratio of partners to associates that allows us to offer a partner-led service. Our clients are often referred to us by the full service law firms. We also have strong referral relationships with London's best commercial barristers. It is testament to our reputation and our quality that other lawyers trust us with their clients and their matters. This is important to us. We handle domestic and international litigation, contractual and treaty arbitrations, cross-border insolvency and asset-tracing. Many of our cases are international and multi-jurisdictional in nature. We often work with foreign lawyers and we have strong relationships with equivalent firms in many other jurisdictions. We act for states and state related bodies, for corporations and other organisations, and for individuals.
