It’s been a busy 12 months… 🌟Launching our new corporate membership and heading into 2025 with 10 fantastic Founding Members 🌟Delivering a huge range of consulting, coaching, and gender strategy projects for our clients alongside many talks and workshops 🌟Welcoming Katie Seaman and Alex Patient (CPCC) to the team 🌟Celebrating the 2-year book anniversary of Don't Fix Women 🌟Reaching the 50-episode milestone of The Equality Conversation #podcast 🌟Publishing our research report and hosting our annual research event on ‘How gender influences retention’ 🌟And of course, continuing to work tirelessly to improve #genderequality and help organisations retain and progress female talent. It’s wonderful to take this moment to reflect on how we’ve grown, what we’ve achieved together as a team and how we’ve impacted the many organisations we’ve worked with this year.
