    Weetabix and baked beans? Sounds like someone needs an expert at the “perfect match” We love new and innovative ideas here at Eight Eights, but we can’t stay quiet when bad ones start to make a comeback. This week, Weetabix’s baked beans abomination started to reappear across our social media. As perfect match experts, we felt we had to take a stand. And it’s a definite no from us. Baked beans deserve a perfectly baked jacket potato or a crispy piece of toast. And at this point, surely we can all agree that nobody can break up that cold milk and Weetabix partnership. Yes, in theory you can put baked beans on Weetabix (but for everyone’s sanity and to avoid judgment for life, please keep it to yourself). Whilst very… creative… this is not a perfect match. And Weetabix and baked beans deserve so much more. A perfect match is one where the outcome from the partnership is greater than the sum of its parts.
