Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager – North of England & Scotland
Location: Remote, covering North of England & Scotland

Our equipment is trusted by some of the world’s leading restaurants, dessert shops, and foodservice operators.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our business across the North of England and Scotland. You will focus on driving sales of our gelato, soft serve, and dessert equipment by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, including general market businesses, small restaurant groups, and foodservice distributors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve growth targets. 2. Identify and approach new business opportunities within the hospitality and foodservice sectors.
3. Manage existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to potential clients.
5. Represent Carpigiani UK at trade shows, industry events, and customer training sessions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the foodservice or hospitality sector.
2. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify market opportunities.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. 5. Ability to travel extensively across the North of England and Scotland.
