💫 January 2025 marks 🔟 years of Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), Scotland’s national youth employment initiative. To celebrate this milestone, the #DYWDecade campaign will showcase the collaborative efforts of employers, educators, and partner organisations who have helped prepare young people for the world of work over the past decade. Liz Fletcher, Programme Lead for DYW Inverness & Central Highland reflects on this milestone: “The success of DYW over the last ten years is a testament to the commitment of local businesses and educators. By inspiring and engaging with young people, you’ve not only shaped the workforce of tomorrow but also enriched your industries and our community.” Businesses and schools can join the #DYWDecade celebrations by sharing their DYW success stories. It’s a chance to highlight how DYW partnerships have supported skills development, addressed workforce challenges, and created opportunities for young talent. 💡For inspiration or guidance visit our website here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ewFyBqp3 #DYWScot #DYWICH #InspiringYoungPeople DYW Scotland
