Looks great Cristian. Anyone at Sport England who fancies a chat about why more facilities should be looking to have floors that cricket can be played on feel free to get in touch. Money today for Basketball England with a view of LA2028. The demographic of Basketball and the target audience is well known to be from inner city areas. The opposite is true of cricket, the disparity between state and independent school players is well known. Imagine if a record number of state school players could be in LA for Cricket and Basketball in 2028. Sport England England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) Judy Wallis

Seaford College is featured in this month’s issue of The Cricketer magazine containing the prestigious top 100 Senior Schools Guide. Pictured with the guide are Luke Smith and Mollie Adams the respective boys’ and girls’ 1st XI cricket captains. Head of Cricket Chris Adams said: “We’re delighted, as it’s the fourth consecutive year Seaford has been included as one of the top schools for cricket.” Cricket is booming at Seaford, especially with the number of girls taking up the game. There are now more than 50 cricket teams across all years. Over the past year, the College has expanded its facilities accordingly, with the installation by Durant Sports of additional outdoor nets (which are also retractable for fielding practise), and indoor nets. Chris said the upgrading of facilities had made a huge difference to how the College delivered its cricket programme. We’re looking forward to another exciting and successful year of cricket. #Lovetolearn #independentschools #privateschools #cricket #cricketnews #seafordcricket #seafordsport #success #sport #coaching DurantSports Chris Adams Liam Doubler
