Today we have published our Annual Report & Accounts and Sustainability Report for 2024. Both cover the progress made over our last financial year and also outline our exciting plans for the future.   Our Annual Report has a central theme of ‘Unlocking our full potential’ and provides lots of colour on how both ambition and innovation will help us achieve our vision to be the most trusted and valuable brand in homewares and furniture for UK consumers. In our Sustainability Report we explore our commitment to ‘Being Good and Circular’ and the steps we are taking across our three pillars of Planet, Communities and People. There aren’t enough women in tech. The reasons for not joining or joining then leaving run deep and are plentiful, but it benefits us all if we strive to balance the tech community. As with most things, the longer-term goals will require a number of smaller steps to get us there. One of those steps is to celebrate the achievements and try to understand the challenges of the women that work in tech currently. 🎈 Dunelm Tech Summit 🎈 Last Thursday, we hosted our first ever Dunelm Tech Summit - run by Tech, for Tech. The event ran in person and virtually, offering an opportunity for all of our Tech colleagues to build connection, develop our talent and feel inspired. We kicked things off with an inspiring keynote from the fantastic Kinnari Ladha and kept the momentum going with 15 engaging talks from our talented colleagues and partners, hands-on workshops, and buzzing stalls by our colleague networks, tech guilds, and suppliers.
