DRB on the road to day, Northwich Cheshire. Latest client progress meeting for the new Alexandra Clinic which will specialise in outpatient services. The £11m project will see existing office facilities fully refurbished and brought up HTM standards to provide a range of consulting rooms, treatment rooms, minor ops rooms, and mobile MRI Scanner will also be available on site. On site today at the Stanley Buildings, Blackpool for the most recent M&E meeting. Demolition and strip out well progressed. The £7.5m project will see the historic 1930’s art deco building converted into 44 offices and state-of-the-art meeting facilities. WORK COMMENCES TO DEVELOP LANCASTER RIVERSIDE COMPLEX INTO NEW £14M UK HQ FOR ITALIAN MANUFACTURER Work has begun on GVS Filter Technology's new £14m manufacturing facility and office complex, which will transform a 24,000 sqm vacant site on Caton Road in Lancaster into a sustainable and captivating riverside location. Cassidy + Ashton is the leading architect and planning consultant on the project alongside Conlon Construction who will deliver a transformative UK headquarters that pays homage to the company’s Italian heritage. After several years in the making, it’s great to finally see the works progressing on site. It's important project for GVS as a company and will help strengthen their operations both regionally and globally. Completion is expected in spring 2025.
