#DMWF #Amsterdam #DigitalCommunication #SocialMedia #InfluencerMarketing #CreatorEconomy

I help leaders become more influential and experts in their field - Influencer Marketing consultant | International Keynote Speaker and Ai Moderator I Top 100 influential people index I Lecturer l Journalist I Connector

What a great experience to support DMWF last week in RAI Amsterdam with Andrew Canter while Andrew hosted two different theatres with some amazing panellists the first day we tried something different. A Bcma workshop hub where I shared some insights on Ai tools for marketers in the morning and employee influencers in the afternoon. These were 15 mins long BUT the second part was focused on roundtable debate about how they use Ai and employee advocacy. We had way more visitors than we expected. So often when you go to an exhibition or a conference you rarely meet other delegates. It’s basically upto you ok The insights from these two sessions were massively enriched by this format. I have always been a great fan of peer to peer discussion. Hopefully other event organisers might like to consider this format Luis Orive Georgiana Doloc Monique de Graaf Robert Brodin Russell Ball Florin Pantazi Sudeep Patnaik Daniel Hoffmann Lisanne Floor-van den Brandhof Yosri El Hawary Breno T. Event management, All-round marketer, Branding, Business support, Digital Asset management, (Gender) Equality advocate

Today I went to DMWF to learn more about the trends in Digital Marketing and also to hear about some great projects big companies have worked on. With both a B2B as well as a B2C hat on, there is lots of information up for grabs. My key takeaways are that our team is on the right track, with validating challenges and priorities, supporting our clients to understand the challenges that they have without realizing sometimes and secondly, marketing isn’t just for the first part of the customer journey, but should be present throughout the process. Interesting enough I was just discussing this with my team for a bit yesterday. Ways to continue our support, also after contracts are signed. While in person connections are are still rated highest, consistency and transparency in both online and offline touch points, remains very important. Overall we can conclude that video marketing is still the next thing and with thanks to AI, now also possible for smaller teams and budgets. Next to that there were some great tips on influencer relationship management, how to balance a well known influencer with smaller to also get a more presence in their micro-communities. And B2C is learning more and more that teams can’t live without a community manager. Great example from Magnum (yes the icecream) on how they now always want to involve their community manager throughout the creative process with all the knowledge about the community they serve (icecream, definitely part of that community!). Always a pleasure to reconnect with work friends, and meet interesting new connections. #digitalmarketing #discoverzendy #zaia
