Customer feedback and process analysis revealed several key issues: ❌ Pain Points in the Previous Process: Stock Availability Issues: Customers faced frequent order cancellations due to delayed inventory updates. Payment Failures and Uncertainty: Only successful payments with retries led to lost sales and customer satisfaction. Lack of Real-Time Updates: Customers needed more visibility into their order status, resulting in frustration and missed expectations. 🚀 The Solution?
