Todays #REGTECH Forum delivered 'National Regulators' panel where representatives from the Financial Conduct Authority and Department of Finance Ireland as they shared their perspectives on using technology to address some of the more pressing challenges The 2nd Panel spotlighted Northern Ireland’s REGTECH 'Industry Innovators', showcasing their impressive contributions to meeting the needs of regulators across the UK and Europe. Moderated by John Healy, Chair of Invest Northern Ireland who highlighted the experience of the North West can be shared across the UK, Ireland, and the EU. Leaders from FinTrU, @FirstDerivatives Pytilia and Version 1 demonstrated how their cross-border, dual-jurisdictional approach delivers seamless RegTech solutions. #Regtech #NorthWestCityRegion #NorthernIreland #Collaboration

Derry City & Strabane District Council, Invest Northern Ireland and Ulster University delivered the RegTech Forum to Derry today with 100+ industry leaders, regulators, and innovators to explore cutting-edge solutions in governance, risk & compliance. The #NorthWestCityRegion is perfectly positioned to lead the way in tackling the financial sector's complex regulatory challenges. Including a keynote by City of London Corporation Mayor Alastair King addressed attendees to see the region's immense potential first-hand, to highlight the North West as a hub for fintech investment & cross-border collaboration.
