We've received fantastic feedback from Southville Primary School, where members of our team and colleagues from Savills, CBRE, JLL and Alder King spent the day painting areas of the school. Paint and materials were generously donated by Fusion Decorating. Dave Merrills, Bristol Project Director, also created a range of play equipment from pallets, for pupils to enjoy. "The building looks great with the new wood stain and the lovely colours used on the sheds. The new dens and pallet furniture are already a big hit with the children - thank you!" Founded in 2013, by John Shaw and Tony Speight, Chiltern Rangers is a Community Interest Company based in High Wycombe, which works to enhance habitats in town centres and the countryside through conservation, education, and community engagement. We recently teamed up with the Rangers again to help out on the Chiltern Railways Project, which is transforming the High Wycombe train station. We're acting as developer and contractor on behalf of Greystar (International) at Renshaw's Yard in Staines-upon-Thames, where construction is progressing well. Work on the concrete frames is well underway and the steel framing system and scaffolding is also in progress. The basement ramp in Block A is now completed and bathroom POD installation has also started in Block B. Well done to the team for their excellent rating in the recent (CCS) Considerate Constructors Scheme audit.

Following extensive local consultation, we have submitted a planning application for purpose-built student accommodation, workspace and ground-floor areas for community use at Little George Street, in the heart of Saint Jude’s, Bristol. This collaborative approach yielded valuable insights into people’s priorities for the area, including creating more green spaces and connected routes for walking and cycling, which we included in our application and hope will be positively received. The development is set to kickstart Bristol City Council’s Frome Gateway regeneration project. This will create a vibrant new neighbourhood of around 1500 new homes, including affordable and student homes with community and green spaces, better connections to the river and new job opportunities. Thanks to the team and our partners JTP LLP, The Urbanists and Edenvale Young Associates for their hard work in bringing the application together.
