    🎄🧀 A campaign I'm incredibly proud of this year: Cheese and Crackers? ✋🏼🚫 CHEESIES Crackers?😏✅ Getting to create, lead and bring to life this Cheesies Christmas Crackers campaign has been SO much fun - a real whirlwind of creativity, partnerships, and some of the best feedback we’ve ever received. 🧀✨ Here’s why this cheeky twist on the classic Cheese and Crackers combo became the festive must-have of 2024: 🧀 60+ influencers with a combined following of 1,750,756 shared the love of Cheesies Crackers at Friendsmas gatherings and Christmas celebrations. We had some phenomenal feedback, incredible campaign reach and overall our most positively received campaign to date. 🧀 We collaborated with Good Pair Days on a festive Cheese and Wine giveaway, driving huge social media engagement and Christmassy love. 🍷💬 🧀 50 gift-with-purchase boxes sold out faster than Santa's sleigh – proof that Cheesies Crackers = instant holiday happiness. 🎁✨ 🧀 Huge demand meant we had to stock even more online, proving they weren’t just a hit – they were a holiday essential! 📦🎄 🧀 Six of our favourite brands turned into comedic geniuses for the day - providing us with 6 of the cheesiest jokes of 2024. Massive thank you to The Jolly Hog | B Corp , Lucky Saint | B Corp™, Candy Kittens, Hunter & Gather, FUEL10K, Bio&Me I B Corp and of course, co-founder Max Rees with the beautifully written 'How did the Cheese paint his wife?   • What started as a cheeky twist on the classic ✨Cheese and Crackers✨ combo turned into the holiday hit that everyone needed. 🎄 Here’s what made our Cheesies Christmas Crackers a HUGE festive success: 🧀 60+ influencers shared the love across Instagram and TikTok and brought Crackers along to Friendsmas parties and Christmas celebrations alike. Their feedback? Let’s just say it was the cheesiest love fest we’ve ever seen. 💬✨ 🧀We ran a giveaway with Good Pair Days featuring the perfect festive Cheese and Wine bundle and sparked a HUGE amount of social love 🧀50 gift-with-purchase boxes flew off the (virtual) shelves – apparently, Cheesies crackers = instant holiday joy. 🎁 🧀Demand exploded, so we added more to our website. You asked, we delivered.     Happy Christmas Everyone! 🧑🎄🎄🎅🎄! I was lucky enough to celebrate with my Mum and Dad yesterday. I love seeing them for so many reasons. Mum, the secret “star” of LinkedIn. And one of the inspirations for Bio&Me. And on this visit. I discovered she has no less than 11 packs of Bio&Me in her larder. “I wouldn’t want to run out”, she says proudly. Made me laugh. As did the Cheesies crackers that Edward Hauck and Max Rees sent me. Just for sending them a joke to include in their crackers along with other founders. Where I was Officially* Voted** the Funniest Founder.     It all started at 0. I think founders need to always remember this, take a step back and look what they've built. I remember launching Gymfluencers.agency and we had literally 0 clients and 0 influencers. It was a SLOG. I had to convince influencers to pay to join and for brands to work with us in a different way to how they were ever used to. I remember getting our first clients and actioning those first campaigns. It was refine as you go and it worked. Influencers began referring friends/followers and brands kept extending campaigns and even now referring other brands to us. 👉 We've now got multiple agencies in different niches. 👉 Worked on over 600 campaigns in 2024 alone. 👉 Have close to 12,000 influencers/creators signed. 👉 See the content our network created filling the feeds of the best brands in the industry. 👉 Have a solid team working on this for our brand partners. 👉 Paying thousands of creators every month. 👉 Giving new options to brands that they have never been given before. 👉 Getting so much love from brands. Touching on that last point this is never something I asked for or expected. There is no doubt having a brand stand up and say "THEY ARE THE BEST" is what gets us new clients but I always felt a little weird asking for it. To see this week alone posts from Hunter & Gather, The Curators | B Corp™ and PoundFun™ on LinkedIn out of nowhere blew my mind. We have the best clients, we do everything we can for them and this level of support is like nothing else. My agencies are not traditional. We do not limit brands, we do not have MINIMUM requirements and the bigger we get the more options we can give them. Payment terms, performance basis, guaranteed expectations. This is what I want to do. Not put up a big barrier and take clients for granted. Brands and agencies shouldn't be a transaction. It should be a partnership. Teams win... -- 2024 has been wild. 2025 is going to be wilder and I can't wait to continue growing it and see what it all turns into.
