The team is comprised of research culture specialists, educational designers, mentoring experts, leadership developers, pedagogy nerds, and career coaches. We activate the expertise which exists across our research community to amplify our impact, collaborating towards our mutual success. We support the emergence of new ideas, knowledge, and practices that develop the skills a furture-ready research workforce needs. Talk to us about the design and evaluation of PGR development, supervisory practice, research leadership, research community building, research careers, how researchers experience the culture in which they work. The James Watt School of Engineering, University of Glasgow is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the Glasgow Engineering Futures Fellowships (GEFF) in January 2025. GEFF is a five-year fellowship programme dedicated to advancing the careers of underrepresented groups in engineering. This round of recruitment is focused on female early-career academics.
