Creative Retail, acting for Staffordshire County Council, has agreed to a new 10-lease with Blank Street Coffee. The launch last week was a huge success, drawing large crowds and receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from customers. This is the 6th deal Creative has brokered on this top end of New Street, which helped reshape the commercial offering in this area. We look forward to announcing a 7th QSR occupier in the coming weeks.
