    ❄️ From sparkles to snowflakes, we’re bringing the festive cheer to our offices today, as Ascendancy and Copper Bay Digital have donned their Christmas jumpers, all for a good cause. 🎅🏻 There was an impressive display of seasonal attire today, although the official day was last week, it was an enjoyable way to support Save The Children, with our donations. 🎄 The Christmas-spirit has truly arrived, as we did our annual festive quiz, which Alex won and crowned Mary & Christina as our best dressed team members - sleighing their jumpers! #christmasjumper #christmasjumperday

    Is gated content useful for recruiting new members? Yes...but only if done in the right way! Gated content is a tried and tested method of building out an audience, but your potential members are wising up to the fact that it is used as a way to collect emails for future marketing, so engagement has dropped. So how do you make this tool still work for you? Give away *real* value, not just a PDF you spent 1hr creating 2 years ago, but something that will make a difference to the person consuming it. These can include: - Self scoring tools or calculators they actually want to use - A detailed guide on something they can action themselves and not just the theory - Educational content that will make them think differently - A resource that they might use on a day to day basis Ask yourself if what you can offer upfront has any real value beyond the initial reading or use.
