This event, hosted across various venues in Manchester, offers a fantastic opportunity for aspiring sports coaches and leaders to engage in a week full of activities, events, and workshops designed to inspire and support their professional growth. John Winder, our esteemed coach with over 20 years of experience in both community and professional settings, will be sharing his insights on fostering an inclusive culture within sports organisations. His session will focus on how environment and culture are key drivers of development and performance. John shares, “Culture is a word that is synonymous with coaching and sport and is often the driving force behind many clubs and organisations.
