An industry first! Designed by our Compass Group UK & Ireland Women in Food Community to support our female colleagues throughout pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, our maternity jacket for chefs provides proper support, fit and function. One of our employees that trialled the jacket during her pregnancy and postpartum, commented: “Women in Food approached me during my pregnancy and asked me to be involved in this exciting project from the very start, providing feedback throughout the design process and testing early designs in the kitchen to ensure the functionality was just right. For me, this is about more than just a jacket; it’s about feeling good, looking good, and being your best at work.” Our UK Women in Food community launched in 2016, with a view to supporting female chefs within the business and across the wider industry. The network’s remit has now widened to support all roles and functions, with the objectives of raising awareness of issues and campaigns impacting female employees, driving career progression and development, and creating a space where everyone can thrive and share ideas and experiences. #teamCompass #ChefsCreatingChange

It has been another great year of strong performance for Compass. We saw organic revenue and profit growth across all our regions and sectors in 2024. Operating profit was nearly $3bn and net new business growth accelerated in the second half. We're excited by the huge growth opportunity in 2025 and beyond, with strong outsourcing trends continuing and clients and consumers valuing food more than ever before. Congratulations to our Compass Group UK & Ireland team! We’re proud to announce the winner of Compass Group Hong Kong Limited's Master Chef Challenge!   Huge congratulations to Chef Tiffany Yung, who impressed the judges with her creativity and talent. Her winning dishes – chicken veggie roll with pumpkin feta purée and Hong Kong style deep-fried egg dough with lemon curd were absolute standouts!   A big well done to our joint 2nd place winners, Chef Bob and Chef Sam, for their exceptional contributions.   Thank you to our judges and to Foodlink Foundation and Caritas Community Kitchen, who will help share Tiffany’s incredible creations with the community this month. #teamCompass #CompassGroup
