𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Let me share something I noticed while working with a team during a period of major change. Like a tree in a storm, they were facing intense pressures and challenges. 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 Let me tell you about a day when I struggled to focus during the festive season. My to-do list looked like a Christmas tree - decorated with endless tasks and twinkling with distractions. Every notification was like another bauble demanding attention. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Instead of trying to tackle everything at once (like eating an entire Christmas dinner in one bite!), I started treating each task like opening a carefully wrapped present - giving it my full attention for its specific moment. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? I began blocking specific times for each task. Like advent calendar windows, each time slot revealed just what needed attention right then. Between these focused moments, I took short mindfulness breaks - just a few minutes to breathe and clear my mind, like the calm of a winter morning. T𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆? When I prioritized what truly mattered, everything else fell into place naturally. By the end of the day, I felt accomplished and energized, rather than scattered and exhausted. These small changes transformed not just my productivity, but how I help organizations find their focus too. 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸, which looked like a paper tornado hit it. As the days turned into weeks, Sarah noticed something magical happening.
