We were delighted to host a roundtable at the fabulous 103 Colmore Row in Birmingham last week. After a tour of the building, we sat down to discuss how offices have changed in the last 25 years – and what people might say about our current workplaces 25 years from now. We also discussed the merits of a skills-based national service to provide essential skills and experience for the next generation of the workforce, and the importance of putting people first in workplace design. Read the recap on our website - https://lnkd.in/eMFyMsNA. It’s been great to visit different regions of the UK and see how they are reacting to workplace trends. Stay tuned for news of our next roundtable! #Workplace #OfficeDesign #WorkplaceCulture

Linda Wheatley, Gareth Smith and Leeds team proudly attended the Determined Dan Charity Dinner, where we were honoured to be recognised as a corporate sponsor for the past decade. This year, all funds raised will go to the Yorkshire Brain Tumour Charity, supporting children and families affected by brain injuries at Leeds General Infirmary. Determined Dan’s journey began after Daniel, diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour at the age of 9.5, underwent surgery to remove his fourth tumour. Now 20, Daniel is expected to be discharged as cancer-free in January 2025—a truly remarkable story of resilience and hope. We are deeply grateful to stand alongside Determined Dan’s journey, supporting Dan, his family, and the incredible people behind the charity. To follow Daniel’s story, stay updated with #DeterminedDan on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. #BMGCommunity #DeterminedDan #LeedsCares

We are so proud to work with Aviva !
Last night, Aviva were crowned UK award winners for Environmental Best Practice at the 30th International Green Apple Awards 🍏 held at Kensington Palace by The Green Organisation. The award, in which we were up against 1,200 other nominations was recognised for our environmental efforts in our St Helen's office de-commissioning. The project ensured that almost 13,000 items of furniture and IT equipment were given a second life, with over 8,500 items being re-used across our estate or donated within the education and NHS sectors and the rest being recycled correctly. In fact, less than 1% of items were wasted and nothing was sent to Landfill 🗑️ A huge thanks and congratulations to all involved! 🍏 🏆 ♻️ 👏 David Sleep Marc Herriott and Business Moves Group
