We're thrilled to have partnered with Priory in the creation of their award-winning online Preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses. The AI-assisted online training platform has won the ‘Digital Practice: Proven Concept’ award at the Nursing Times’ Digital Nursing Awards 2024. We worked with Priory to replace the previous paper-based training programme with an online platform that provides self-paced learning, skills assessment, and AI-driven reflection and goal-setting tools. The results have been amazing: - Since implementation participation has doubled - 93% of Preceptees achieved their learning goals during the programme - 90% of Preceptees agreed the AI coach was useful in their Preceptorship studies. 'Because it works' When I started with Acteon, one of my first tasks was to arrange meetings with existing clients to introduce myself but to also ask them why they decided to use Breeio as their LMS platform. Hearing directly from clients not only gives me a better understanding of Breeio and how they have applied it to their learning and development strategy but it also allows me to hear in their own words why they chose us as their provider and what set us apart. I had a call yesterday with a long-standing client and when I asked them why they chose Breeio as their LMS platform provider, they simply said ‘Because it works’. They then went into further detail about the features and benefits of Breeio and how these factors influenced the decision-making process but it was that first phrase that stuck with me. ‘Because it works’ It wasn’t the first time I had heard this from an existing client either and it struck me that something that should be taken for granted was such a big plus point.
