Finding the Naked truth – what’s unique about you is an integral part of our creative process. It gives us direction to our design. For our latest piece of branding design work we dug into the past to help create the future. Rebranding Norfolk’s oldest and most reputable opticians – Dipple & Conway – created a unique challenge. Our goal was to incorporate audiology as a new service while staying true to their long-standing optical heritage. Founded in 1916, the company’s rich history inspired us to draw from their archive of optometry equipment and historical artefacts that helped us to create a modern yet timeless design. The circular style design direction reflects their commitment to clinical excellence, while the logo nods to original Norwich signage.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our festive social earlier this week. It was our first purely social Brandland event and a great opportunity to toast with familiar faces and meet lots of new people too. Thanks also to Moosey for hosting us, we'll certainly be back.

University of East Anglia is excited to announce a new opportunity to be appointed onto their Creative Services Framework. Your CEO isn’t the most important voice in the boardroom. It’s your brand. Don’t believe me? Pause and name the CEO of Nike. If you said Elliott Hill, you are plugged in. Most people have no idea who runs Nike. The Nike brand *is* the business. ✔️ It is built around AN IDEA, not an individual – infinitely bigger than who happens to be the CEO of the moment. The modern #CEO knows this better than anyone, and those who succeed let the brand (and the consumer’s voice) lead the decision-making. Because #brand isn’t an abstract voice: ➡ ️Within, it's the soul of the organisation. ➡ ️Around, it’s all the millions of people that the organisation touches, their millions of opinions and hopes and desires, their growing sense that they, the consumers, are the true owners of the brand. Letting brand truly lead requires a leap of faith, but the impact can be thrilling. If you are the CEO this truth may be uncomfortable: That there is something bigger than you, more believable than you, less moody than you – and perhaps less expensive than you. But then you, as CEO, are likely to be the first person to tell people to move outside their comfort zones, to disrupt the system, not settle for the status quo. And the winner is... Read all about our recent pilot project that brought together great creative agencies, Year 10 students from City of Norwich School and brilliant local brand Brick Pizza to create a new youth sub-brand for Brick, in a new blog by Holly Howarth. The aim was to inspire graphic art students into a future career in the creative industries, and to have a lot of fun. A big thank you to BuxtonThreeTwo, Sponge™, krow group, Andy Judd and City of Norwich School for working with us on the event and making it such a success.
