Last week, we had the privilege of participating in the UK/Japan Rail Working Group 2024, an event hosted by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom to strengthen the long-standing collaboration between the UK and Japan in the rail industry. Held at the iconic Kia Oval across two days, the event brought together leading stakeholders from both nations to discuss the future of railways. Mark Barrett represented Blu Wireless on the first day, engaging with key figures from both governments. On the second day, we were proud to showcase Blu Wireless’ ground-breaking LightningBlu technology – the real Gigabit train connectivity platform. Simone Bini presented during the technology-focused sessions, demonstrating how LightningBlu is paving the way for next-generation rail connectivity. This event was also an invaluable opportunity to engage with representatives from Japan Railways’ East, Central, and West divisions. We are excited about the ongoing discussions and the potential for further collaboration in the future. #LightningBlu #GigabitConnectivity #RailInnovation
