Alex brings an impressive background in project controls and data-driven insights: -Cavendish Nuclear Apprenticeship: Hands-on experience in reporting, risk management, and Synchro4D with the HPC MEH Alliance. -Babcock: Honed his skills in readiness for FMSP, cost control, and reporting, even winning the ACostE Apprentice of the Year award! -Gleeds: Took project controls to the next level, mastering Power BI, PowerApps, and SQL database architecture to automate data transformation in commercial and financial settings. But Alex isn’t all about work. You’ll find him at the gym, exploring Cornwall, or spending time with family. Industry Milestone Alert! 🚨 We’re thrilled to celebrate the successful installation of the first nuclear reactor pressure vessel at EDF (UK)'s Hinkley Point C! 🌟 This 13-metre-long engineering marvel is the first of its kind to be installed in the UK in over 30 years. It marks a huge step forward in enhancing the nation’s energy security and sustainability. Once fully operational, HPC will provide low-carbon electricity to 3 million homes—meeting 7% of the UK’s electricity needs. This achievement is a shining example of the innovation, collaboration, and dedication driving our industry towards a net-zero future.
